Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Usually between 1 to 3 days.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

Sometimes tracking information is incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive.  Your package will most likely arrive within a few days, but we recommend you check with your neighbours or post office.

If you do not receive your package within a few days please contact us at info@homelightingideas.net with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
